PotassiumPotassium is widely present in all reefs around the world.It is an important macro element that is involved in a variety of animal tissue and cellular processes like cellular membrane potential, cell communication and signal transduction.Potassium has impacts on coral health and colour, along with benefiting bacterial colonies.​Potassium is a macro element that gets depleted from the water in our tanks quickly.Therefore, it is important to check its levels through an ICP analysis and ensure its stability by dosing a Potassium supplement as needed.​Naturally, Potassium concentration ranges around 380-450 mg/l with an ideal level of 400 mg/l.​Potassium Zlement used in conjunction with a regular testing procedure, allows any reefer to make corrections to Potassium levels ensuring the levels in their tank water stay within the best range for their friends.​10 ml of Potassium Zlement increases the Potassium concentration of 100 litres by 10 mg/l.
