Please note that these terms and conditions are in line with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and are designed to both protect the consumer and the retailer. By placing an order online upon this website the customer will have confirmed your acceptance of these terms and conditions, as clearly stipulated upon the confirmation order page prior to payment.

When purchasing online a number of terms and conditions apply to the transaction. All products that are listed within Umi Corals’ website are subject to availability. On occasions, it may not be possible for Umi Corals to supply the ordered products. In these circumstances you will be contacted via email or telephone, if no suitable alternative be available your order will be cancelled and fully refunded. Umi Corals will not be responsible for compensating you for any losses which you may suffer if Umi Corals does not supply the products that have been ordered.
Umi Corals reserves the right to refuse to supply the goods ordered to you, and the receipt of a confirmation email from Umi Corals does not constitute a contract between Umi Corals and the customer. Should Umi Corals refuse to supply you with the goods that you have been ordered, a full refund will be provided to you.
When purchasing via Umi Corals’ website, you will not own the products that have been ordered until Umi Corals has received the payment in full.
Pricing and Accuracy of Information:
All of the prices indicated upon our website are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the appropriate rate. The amount of VAT Payable will be clearly shown within the checkout process of the website. Umi Corals reserves the right to amend prices at any time.
Should an order be placed for an item which is inaccurately priced, Umi Corals will contact you to arrange the necessary amendments to the transaction. Should the revised price be unacceptable to you, Umi Corals will provide you with a full refund and cancel your order. If Umi Corals is unable to contact you regarding the matter, the order will be refunded and cancelled.
Due to the volume of products that are advertised upon Umi Corals’s website and the continued expansion of our product catalogues; Umi Corals is often reliant upon manufacturers for the provision of product descriptions. Every effort is made to ensure that this information is clear, accurate and up to date. Umi Corals does not however warrant, represent or guarantee that this information is clear, accurate or up to date. We will be not be liable to you or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages whatsoever that may arise out of or are related to the use of this website and or any information contained within it.
The Customer should receive the order within 5 working days. Please note that Umi Corals does not guarantee the delivery time frame of any order placed. Umi Corals shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of an order. Should you have not received your order within 28 days of placing it, you may contact Umi Corals quoting your order number. Umi Corals will then provide you with an estimated delivery time frame or alternatively may offer a full refund.
When delivered to you, it is your responsibility to inspect the goods that have been received. Umi Corals will not accept any liability for any loss or damage that has been incurred during transit unless Umi Corals has been informed in writing (or via email sent to email@example.com) within 2 working days. Umi Corals reserves the right to either dispatch a replacement(s) or missing item(s), or to provide a refund for the item(s) damaged or missing. Should an item be damaged, Umi Corals may wish to arrange for the damaged item(s) to be collected or require that you dispose of the item(s), or alternatively we will request that you return the damaged item to us via a Second Class Royal Mail Service, the cost of which we will reimburse. Should Umi Corals wish to collect damaged item(s), you must ensure that they are easily available for collection and in their delivered condition.
Under no circumstances shall Umi Corals be liable for consequential loss or damage arising from the damage or loss of an order during transit.
Shipping charges are applied as appropriate during the checkout process of the website dependent upon the items purchased. These are standard charges for all addresses upon the mainland UK excluding the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland. This is due to couriers passing additional charges to these areas. Should an order be placed from one of these locations, we will contact you to inform you of the additional charges applicable, at which point there will be an opportunity to cancel the order with a full refund being provided.
Your Right to Cancel and Returns:
In the event that the Customer finds that an order placed is unsuitable for their requirements, Umi Corals will provide the Customer with a full refund for any UNUSED and UNOPENED item(s) returned to us within 28 days of purchase. On such occasions, the Customer must contact Umi Corals in writing (or via email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org), quoting the order number and the item(s) that the Customer wishes to be returned, before returning the product(s). Once Umi Corals has received and acknowledged the request, they will provide the Customer with the necessary procedure which must be followed. Umi Corals will provide a full refund for these item(s) once received in original condition, excluding any carriage charges that may have been incurred when initially dispatching the order. When returning goods, Umi Corals recommend that the Customer use a courier to deliver them personally to us. Umi Corals accepts no responsibility for damage that is incurred in transit when returning goods, or for goods that are lost in transit.
Should you require the goods to be collected by Umi Corals in order for their return, the cost of this will be incurred by you and not Umi Corals.
