Reef Zlements Activated Carbon 1.2L

Z-Reef Carbon is the choice for reef aquariums and any other aquarium due to its unique specifications.
 
Z-Reef Carbon hardness is amongst the highest available ensuring that carbon dust and particles don’t freely travel to the aquarium, it has extremely low phosphate leaching and only 1% of ash content.

With Iodine and Methylene Blue numbers amongst the highest available making it one of the most efficient activated carbons in the aquarium hobby.
 
We recommend rinsing the carbon with water to remove any fine dust and trapped air. For best results use 50g per 200l of water and place the carbon in a reactor with 1000-1500 lph of flow without allowing it to tumble. Replace the carbon every 1-2 months as it becomes depleted.
